We were very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning in our basement. Had a number of stains that we weren't sure would come out.

Not only was the Zerorez employee a professional carpet cleaning magician, she taught me a lot about how to keep things looking good between visits! I call Zerorez once a year to keep the house looking good.

These guys work miracles! The tech, Jared, was professional, thorough, and did a great job getting a couple tough spots out. He explained everything to me beforehand and reviewed again with me after. We will definitely use this service again. Thanks guys
